We specialize in creating beautiful, memorable outdoor or indoor picnic set ups in Calgary and the surrounding area. Our luxury pop up table scapes and Instagram-worthy arches are a perfect way to make any celebration that much more special. Whether you're planning a bridal shower, birthday party, romantic date night, graduation celebration, or corporate event, we've got you covered! Head over to our booking page and let us know the first and second choices for dates of your event! Select your desired custom location or let us recommend one for you based on your event!
Let us know how many guests will be attending so that we can create the perfect custom luxury picnic for you!
Be sure to explore all the fun optional extras that we offer! From disposable cameras to paint night, we can make any dream come true!

Pricing
Our prices are based on the size of the setup and can accommodate up to 20 people.
Please see below for add-on options. Every picnic has a duration of 2 hours with the option to add more time for a fee.
If 2 hours isn’t long enough for your picnic, feel free to add extra time!
On a hot summer day, we recommend booking our soft top gazebo to protect you from the sun! This includes netted curtains to keep any bugs out!
Custom games are perfect for bridal showers, baby showers, and even birthdays! Make the most out of your time together by testing your knowledge of your honourary guest!
Make your night even more vintage with a disposable camera! Take it home and have the photos developed at your local photo centre!
Make your picnic just that much more magical with bubbles! We provide two bottles of bubbles and a bubble machine to run in the background of your set up. Makes for cute pictures!
Any picnic within city limits is included in our base price! Picnics outside of the city limits are also possible!
If you want to explore your creativity, we provide all the supplies needed to paint your masterpieces! Supplies include: Easels, 5 x 7 Canvases , Paint Brushes, Paint Assortment, Paint Pallets, Cleaning Supplies
We have a variety of food options to choose from, all sourced from local small businesses!
If you want to elevate your picnic even further, adding fresh florals is a great option!
