Since our business was founded on a proposal picnic and romantic arch set up, it is only natural that proposals are our specialty. With our variety of themes, styles, and photography packages, we will help make your engagement everything that you and your partner have always dreamed of. From there, we will go through all the details you want to make your proposal as perfect as can be. All you'll have to do is secure the ring, show up, and get down on one knee!

Head over to our booking page and let us know the first and second choices for dates of your event! Select your desired custom location or let us recommend one for you based on your event!
The booking page allows you to tell us more about your partner, browse through the different options and add-ons we have, and select what you're most interested in.
Once you've submitted your form, we will get back to you within 48 hours to discuss pricing and finalize the proposal. This is when we can customize your setup and make suggestions based on you and your partner.
While you are responsible for keeping it a secret, we will do everything else - including give you moral support and tips - to help ease your mind and calm any nerves!

OPTIONAL: ENJOY A ROMANTIC PRIVATE PICNIC
Since YYC Picnics is also a popup luxury picnic business, you may want to add a private picnic to our proposal. It's a great way to take in the moment and truly enjoy your time as a newly engaged couple. Learn more about our picnic packages here.
Every proposal base price is $300, which includes the planning, consultations, communication, travel, gas, outsourcing communications, pick up and drop off of outsourced product, and execution of the proposal. It also includes any moral support and tips you may need!
We have various "marry me" letter options, including 9" light up letters, and oversized "wow factor" letters!
A runway is a must for any romantic proposal. Fresh florals and printed photos... The sky's the limit! We will completely customize this to your needs.
Customizable to any vision, we can hang pictures from the arch, add fresh florals, drapery, etc.
Normally includes rugs, pillows, and any combination of arch decor such as macrimé and florals.
We have over 100 electric candles to make any proposal incredibly romantic. These can be placed along the runway, around the proposal area, etc.
Roses are a thoughtful touch to either give your new fiancé(e) after the proposal, or to have sitting somewhere nearby for an added romantic touch. Petals also add a romantic feel when scattered along the runway or proposal area.
Balloons add a unique feel to your proposal and can be a great backdrop for photos.
This is a great budget friendly alternative to a balloon arch.
If you want the proposal professionally documented, and/or have an engagement photoshoot planned directly after, we've got you covered! We also throw in a free video/reel for you.
To turn your proposal into a date night they won't forget, add on a picnic setup! Picnics start at $180 for two hours.
Chocolate covered strawberries are always a good idea. Boxes start at $35.
