After approving your requests, we require a $100 deposit to secure your date and time. This is payable through e-transfer and is 100% refundable up to 7 days prior to your picnic date. The remaining balance is due 24 hours prior to your picnic date. Should you have to reschedule or change details sooner than 7 days or less, we will keep the deposit but put it towards a rescheduled picnic (1 week from the original date minimum, and up to 6 months after the original picnic date. Exact dates and times are dependent on availability. We reserve the right to void this rescheduling policy and refund your $100 deposit should the event be completely cancelled by our request).  If the weather forecast changes and you’d like to cancel and/or reschedule, the same policy applies. If there are any interruptions during your picnic (including weather, personal reason, etc.), all fees are are non-refundable. If you want to leave the set up before your scheduled end time, please notify a picnic crew member 15 minutes prior to leaving. Refunds will not be given on unused extra time, food, or games.
